I coordinate the flights, the rooms, the tours, and all the little logistics so your reunion or girls' weekend actually feels like a vacation for you too. You pick the people. I'll handle the rest, from the block of rooms to the welcome dinner.
What I Plan Here
Affinity groups are my sweet spot — a bunch of people who share one thing they love, traveling together around it. Quilting and knitting cruises, music groups, pickleball trips, church groups, hobby clubs, any crowd built around a common interest. I handle the room and cabin blocks, the group rates, the RSVPs and payments, and the special touches that make it feel built just for your people. If you can rally the group, I'll build the trip.
Family reunions, milestone celebrations, multi-generational getaways where grandma and the toddlers both need to be happy. I find the place that fits everyone, block the rooms together, and keep the whole crew on the same page from the first email to the airport.
Bachelorette weekends, girls' trips, buddy escapes — the fun ones that turn into group-chat headaches fast. I sort the lodging, the dinners, the activities, and the who-paid-what so the planning doesn't fall on one stressed-out maid of honor.
Most of my corporate work is the fun kind — incentive trips that reward a team somewhere they'll remember. Mexico, the Caribbean, Napa wine country, a networking cruise. I line up the venues, the group rates, and the room blocks, then keep one clean point of contact so your office isn't drowning in travel-vendor emails all quarter.

Big groups are a specialty — from intimate sailings to cruise groups running into the hundreds, plus full resort takeovers. I negotiate group rates and room (and cabin) blocks below published prices, track every RSVP and payment, arrange group transport, and set up the signature events and welcome dinners. One trip, hundreds of people, and you still get to actually enjoy it.

You're probably wondering whether an advisor actually saves you anything. Fair question. The honest comparison, every moment of the trip: you with a booking site, versus you with me in your corner. The cheap booking is the expensive one when the trip goes sideways.
One thing I'll always be up front about: there may be a planning fee for my time and expertise. The commission is already in the cost of the resort or cruise price, whether you use me or not. The cruise line or resort just keeps my portion if you book directly, and they give you no extra guidance or help. I work for you, not the cruise line or the resort.
