A wedding is a lot to pull off. Add travel, a guest list, and a venue you've never set foot in, and it's even more. That's where I come in. I plan the destination wedding itself, the honeymoon after, the bachelorette weekend before, and the resort everyone flies into. You make the calls that matter — the dress, the date, the people. I chase down the rooms, the rates, the transfers, and all the small stuff in between, so the travel part of your big day never turns into the stressful part.
What I Plan Here
Beach, vineyard, a historic villa, or a city you've always loved — I find the venue, lock the date, and line up the stay around it. You picture the day. I handle the contracts, the timing, and the things that go sideways before anyone notices they almost did.
Big group travel scares people off. I make it easy with two paths: let guests book their own rooms on a flexible block, or set a contracted group rate that earns you perks and a discount. We talk it through and pick the one that fits your crowd.
Once the ceremony's done, you shouldn't be researching flights. I plan the honeymoon as part of the same conversation — overwater bungalow, a quiet villa, wherever you've been dreaming about. Most resort and all-inclusive honeymoons come with upgrades and romantic touches I pass straight to you.
Before the big day, the crew deserves a weekend. I put together the bachelorette trip too: beach, city, or somewhere with a pool and a good story. One person plans, everyone shows up, and nobody's stuck managing a group chat about hotel rooms.

You're probably wondering whether an advisor actually saves you anything. Fair question. The honest comparison, every moment of the trip: you with a booking site, versus you with me in your corner. The cheap booking is the expensive one when the trip goes sideways.
One thing I'll always be up front about: there may be a planning fee for my time and expertise. The commission is already in the cost of the resort or cruise price, whether you use me or not. The cruise line or resort just keeps my portion if you book directly, and they give you no extra guidance or help. I work for you, not the cruise line or the resort.
