1. What I collect

When you fill out the trip-request form, call, email, or book a trip, I may collect your name, contact details, travel dates and preferences, traveler names, and the payment and document details a supplier needs to issue your booking (for example, the legal name and date of birth a cruise line requires). I only ask for what a given trip actually needs.

2. How I use it

To respond to you, plan and quote your trip, make and manage your bookings with travel suppliers, send you trip documents and updates, and — if you opt in — occasional travel ideas and deals. You can ask me to stop sending those any time and I will.

3. Who I share it with

Only the parties needed to deliver your trip: airlines, hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transport, and the booking and host agency systems I use to make reservations. I also use ordinary business tools (email, scheduling, the website's form provider) that process data on my behalf. I do not sell or rent your information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Legal and safety exceptions

I may disclose information if the law requires it, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of travelers, suppliers, or my business.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic (which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from). It does not use advertising trackers or sell your browsing activity. Your browser settings let you block cookies if you prefer.

6. Text messages

I only text people who have opted in, either by checking the consent box on a form here, by asking me in writing, or by telling me directly. Saying yes to texts is never a condition of booking anything.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All the other categories described on this page exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent. The only parties that ever see your mobile number in connection with my texts are the phone carriers that deliver them.

Texts cover your trip: quotes, booking confirmations, document reminders, schedule changes, and time-sensitive travel updates. Message frequency varies with what is happening on your trip. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help, or call the number below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Data security and retention

I take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but I treat your details with care.

8. Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, request a correction, ask me to delete it where I'm not required to keep it, or opt out of marketing messages. Just reach out using the contact details below.

9. Children

This site and my services are intended for adults booking travel. I don't knowingly collect information directly from children; traveler details for minors are provided by the booking adult.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
